feeling the wind of a soon-to-form thunderstorm in my face is priceless.
watching plastic bags flying ard,
trees being swayed shakened,
and e vending machine and cupboards at e mamashop downstairs being toppled over.

this is e very face of nature tat currently describes my being.

temperature's dropping to a 20 odd degrees now
as i continue to gaze upon all that is ard me.
tiny drops of water speckle my hand as i slowly extend it out of my window.
the 1st sign.
a sudden flash of light illuminating e night sky.
the 2nd sign.
the increase in decibels of the pitter-patter upon my window sill.
the 3rd.
a roar from the heavens.
4th.

dad says it wun rain tat heavily n for long,
but i reckon it might.

lets jus wait and see a lil longer.
lets see if his yrs of age-old experience or my yrs of riding experience will win this contest.

by now, those trees down there have been nicely massaged and watered,
the ground made moist.
n tat means no jogging for me later.

our attention now deviates from what's happening outside to the Planet Earth programme on ch8 as we marvel at the glowing worms tat spit out that insect-binding silk, deep deep down in e underground caves.

sigh, guess wat?
terrible winds hav blown away every evidence of rainclouds, leaving behind e sweet scent of the rain, and the coolness of it thereof.
yes, i lost.
but im not at all concerned.
what matters most is tat interaction we had.

one last glance out reveals e occasional dimming out of lights.
the town's sliding off to bed.
n so shall i.
gd nite Singapore.

-edit-
on a final note,
it's raining.
so i havent lost after all...
^^
