u can hear her laughter even in lalaland!
i think e best thing was tat we actually joined up chek's and his roomie's bed together to form 1 king sized bed!
how cool is tat!!!
den imagine e bunch of us 6 (includin chinyaw, saffie n hanh) cramming together on 2 beds!
n den to our utter amazement,
we had a very hyper kai last night!
almost had my partner's head chopped off by e fan coz she was standin on e bed!

IM BACK!!!
oh yeah!
exams R over!!!!!
completed Red Alert3 already.
shall stick to Dramas and movies for e rest of e hols!!!
(still havent finished 1 litre of tears yet)
anw, had a long day ytd!

Aft dance we all went for supper at ah Fang's
where we had a fantastic ice milo party!!!
talked bout exams - pot potty in e exam hall/adult diapers?!
aft all e sumptuous pratas,
me, Chek Lee and Kai Xuan went on for a movie marathon at Chek Lee's room!
played 'Spot e Diff' and 'Whack-a-mole' on Kai's iPod Touch.
SO FUN!!!
im so gonna play 'spot e diff' again nxt time!
den we watched Madagascar2 (MaAdafakap in Russian)
and all e Bring It On titles(except for e original one)
and oso watched Next (some clairvoyance action movie) and WALL.E!!!
all accompanied with Doritos and Ribena!
yum yum!
but i guess we were all zonked out during e 2nd half of Wall.E
Kai xuan was like 'oh man, i wanna watch it but my eyes kept closing'
but we 2 brave guys ventured forward, denying our sense of exhaustion and completed e entire movie while remaining our mental sanity.
wat a lovely movie!
oh oh, den we pretty much lay dead to e world as we waited for our Mega McGriddles to arrive!
it was like 9am when we filled our stomachs with food.
(well, me and Chek were still hungry aft taT)
while kai left for her room, chek installed RA3 and continued to explore its realms further while i concussed on his roomie's bed.
n before i knew it, it was 4pm!!! HAHA!
so i rushed back home and waited for dinner to celeb my mom's bday.
ate at some coffeeshop near Linear.

and we ended our day by watching Wall.E with my mom and sis in my room again!!!

achy hips and a whole new perspective.
WOW!
anw, thank God e exams were doable!
well, if it wasnt for Him,
i guess tat i couldnt even have broken e barriers of mind-blankness and refusal-to-think!
exams were average, well, on e average.
econs was kinda easier den e past yr papers,
java was well... brain squeezing,
and math. killer. period.
well, it's hard to say now but, e grades might pop up else something tat violates my expectation.
1 last battle to fight, but e war is not over yet.
TATAKAI!!!
though e road seems dark,
ominous fears surround,
brave thru it!
run tat race!
coz it will be worth it all!

im bored.
im tired.

im going out of control...

jus when i decided to take a break.
i peeped out of my kitchen window,
guess wat i saw?
its e familiar greeting of the Orion's belt up there in e sky!
not only tat,
due to e heavy rain which cleared up all e clouds,
i could count like 33 other faint stars apart from e 7 from e Orion constellation,
oh n of course tat 1 huge satellite.
im so giddy rite now...
nth seems to really get in.
not even my ice milo could do e trick...
nvm...
i'll go try ice horlicks now
im tired.

whew~
tired weekends...
was busy making a fool of myself
+ scaring each other to bits with tales laced with horror and a little bit of quirkiness.
+ enjoying such a sumptuous and healthy steamboat at e 'ter kua' table (which i apparantly did not eat any! WAHAHHAA)
[ok, on a sidenote, how do u romanise that word!?
according to MrBrown, here are e nominees!
with 'Tur Kwa' as e top emerging contestant!
'Ter Kwa follows closely behind by only 12 votes!!!!]
+ taking lots of snapshots of random stuff like creepy Hall attics
+ doing e limbo rock (both over and under)
+ playing cluedo & Daidee (which i only won twice...)
+ playing Hotel 626!!! (any freakier webbies??)
+ watching more vids
+ eating breakfast at 8am+
+ sleeping at 9am and waking at 230pm
+ watching Armaggedon in a 'shutting down' state
+ finally concussing at 1am...

am somewhat done with all other stuff.
No more assignments n speeches!
it's time to fully concentrate for my exams!!

my HP is spoilt too.
sometimes it'll give a blank white screen.
sometimes there are red marks everywhere.
sometimes e screen will split into 2 parts with e right half being black n white like those static u get on tv. the other half will b colourful like those neon lights but u totally cant see a thing.
time to change a new phone?
i hope not... i kinda like this phone since im pretty much used to it already.
new SE phones hav diff navigational systems which are, in summary, unnecessary.
yeah, although mine is fat but there's LOTS of saved smses inside tat i dun wanna delete.
hope mine is repairable though...

jus remembered to type this in...
as i was returning home from e coffeeshop,
i came across my Baby's grave.
havent visited her at all since the last time she was buried there.
well, at least it seems the sandy, once-barren soil has grown out lushes of green.
yeah, i noe life is full of them.
but still, i hate goodbyes...
pls... no more,
I've had enough.
so yeah,

but oh well, at least i came to sch to crash my fren's econs tutorial so tat i dun hav to go for tml's.

den nxt was tat, i was sooooo eager to get my shoes by today, jus to find tat e last pair is taken up by Ethan!!!

i sobbed bitterly as i dragged myself to my bike...

while crossing e junction at e foot of nanyang hill,
i kinda cooked up an excuse n ran up e hill AFAP!
perhaps thats where my 2nd bout of adrenaline came from!
oh, today was e official last lesson before exams.
so we did a recap of everything we've learnt thus far!
n it's really hard to dance everything twice!

i've did much worse with a 2 mins full contact sparring compared to my 45 mins class.

i'm actually pretty delighted to b in e 'top 9' !!!

but it's too early to gloat!
jus look at all e PROs inside!
for a beginner to come thus far is an amazing achievement!
gotta work even harder to become a PRO ourselves!

phew, havent updated for awhile.
due to all those long nights every night (or every morning)
too lazy to write down wat happened over e weeks but yeah.

was having my usual meepok (my fav usual dish from times past)

used to be fried rice when my appetite was big! like in sec sch?
den meepok was my usual when i didnt feel like eating.
den it grew to become mixed veg rice due to e variety of ingredients.
n now my appetite has yet grown even smaller,
meepok is back on e list!

anw today's meepok was nicee,
ate it at this partially modern and partially rundown suburban coffeeshop jus behind my house 5 mins away.
only ate there like twice or thrice in my entire life.
(YES i noe im super-pure lazy to even go down there)

n den like, this drink stall auntie asked e two ppl in front of me whether they wanted a drink.
den when she came to me, she seemed to totally ignore me n looked hesitant to ask me!

i think i spinned too hard n vigorously til i felt nauseous!

Starlight, star bright...
phew, jus came back from a morning jog.
yeah, started jogging at 1am.
YAY! i finally completed my assignment for programming!
(which is like due in 13hours time...)
n oso half of my EC assignment!
have not much time left to complete e other half.
since it's due on mon.
anw, i jus speculated tat e best time to see e Orion's belt at night from my window would b at 1.30am!!!
coz by 4am, e constellation would b almost directly above my head.
i'll have to stick my head out of e window jus to observe it.
anw, here are the photos of ytd aftnoon n night.

its so heavy tat e visibility is close to 0!

found out i was wrong aft i googled it.
haha!
its actually shaped like an hourglass with a tilted line.
so amazing isnt it?
hmmm,
mayb a few months down e road i'll get to spot e famous big dipper ya?
n all e other constellations
provided tat it isnt cloudy at night.
yeah anw,
its so ironic how im being encouraged by someone who deserves more encouragement den me.
but oh well,
hope this in turn encourages her more!!!

n i think im gonna b deaf soon.

but today, it seems as if i cant hear e music.
so i turned it up to volume5!!!

Lightning storm all ard and about me.
FREAKY!
its e closest i've ever been to one.
imagine tat there's no lag time between e thunder n lightning!
n tat caused my circuit breaker to trip 4 times!
n oh ya!
i realized theres a Yami Yoghurt n Pie Kia shop ard my area!
its at CCK Interchange!
yum yum.
havent eaten Yami for countless months!
n i wanna try Pie Kia too!
seems nicee~

but today got lotsa clouds!!!!!

i din actually noe tat e orion's belt was so huge,
consisting of 7 stars shaped like an hourglass!
i always tot it was those 3 stars in a row.

im actually quite surprised tat rite now,
ppl call me a Filipino or Indonesian!
i tot i've long passed tat era!
n i think my malay features are fast disappearing.
no more Taufik for me!
haha.
den there's this senior in my CCA called Jane,
asked which country I was from!!!
n she said i dun look singaporean!

she kinda pestered me ALOT to give her a ride aft our session.

so i took her to dou feng ard NTU at roughly 100km/h.
imagine with all e humps n harsh brakings....
i was actually rather afraid too!
im not gonna do tat ever again!
even though i knew she could take it.
but here's e worst part.
she says i went at an average speed!!!
not fast enough for her!
i was like, "oh my, im already so terrified! n u arent?"
anw,
im so sry for staying so late.
i feel so guilty!
we danced til ard 10 plus close to 11!
much longer den we used to on tuesdays.
den poor joseph who is waiting for my transport back had to wait long.
n like, he had some project work to do back home.
i could sense his urgency in wanting to reach home but he kept declining tat n reassured me instead.
but i still feel so guilty!!!
argh.
anw,
my right hip joint is in tremendous pain today.
couldnt dance well this time.
n tats a huge bummer.
it didnt used to be this way.
n i jus happened to remem e triple crack on my right hip whenever i walk.
while my left only had 1.
now tats really freaky.
mayb one day, i'll dance til my entire right leg pops out.
den i can go sell it for some cash!
"lelong lelong, who needs an extra leg!?"
n yes, its begun to instill pain when i walk now...
anw, i double checked the sky n ya.
it's STILL cloudy!!!!

WHEE!!!!
dance was fantastic on sat nite!
learnt much more stuff den we could ever learn.
we touched up on e basics of our steps.
ie. e step refinement.
cant believe that our instructor, Mario, can turn something so simple into something so delicate and precise!
n yeah...
SUAY SUAY KANA CALLED UP AGAIN!
n like in front of his pro dance class, he called up 3 frm there, n me as e last example from the NTU group.
asked us to show our 'New York' step with our partners.
den i was like stunned stunned blur blur when i walked up to e centre.
i was thinking at that point of time, "Oh gawrsh, y am i being called...?"
but anw, we had fun while dancing again!
n yeah, today had to dance with my partner n Saffie coz she didnt hav a partner.
n like e diff was super great!
KaiXuan dances with bigger steps while Saffie dances like almost literally on e spot!
it's as if she doesnt move at all!
im like SOOO not used to it.
yeah den aft tat, some of us went to try on e shoe sizes.
n nope, i think e USA imports weren't here yet.
but den Saffie got hers for only 40 bucks!
clearance sale somemore!
n mine has to be 75, aft a 15dollars voucher...
yes, we're all ENVIOUS!
den aft tat i went to join e rest at Beach Road for some Bak Kut Teh.
but like, they din noe where e shop was located!
n like, i was with my bike... so it was harder for me to find where they were!

went round n round e same place over n again.
tats e 2nd big prob with bikes.
its a lone ranger kinda thing.
u cant get to enjoy e interaction with frens as u travel.
n tats y i dun ride on sundays.
1st most imptant thing is, when u wanna pillion someone n they r not allowed or are afraid to pillion.
oh well, wateva...
i still need my bike.
might prove handy in times to come.
who knows, i might hav to travel to e other end of singapore frequently?
anw, the bak kut teh wasnt tat bad.
it tasted quite medicinal!
but its still nice!

den i went to e goldenmile food center to dabao some chee kway for my sis aft departing.
i muz say, it was rather delicious too!

sang on stage twice.
one for YPF n 1 for church choir.
Anni lunch was gd too!
mainly e usual.
but this yr there was some tofu with minced meat.
but there wasnt any noodles...
hmm, im still thinking of whether i shd join e carolling band again this yr.
but i've got Church Choir ongoing at e same time as e Carolling practice!
n it starts next sun.
YES, its nxt sun!
anw, im glad too tat Esther n Kat are joining us back in choir nxt week!
n since i tot there wasnt BS today, i went home to sleep n jus negate my sleep debt if any.
den i was thinking like, shd i wake up in time to go Sunset?
well, i did.
but in e end i gave up.
i was too lazy to go.
yeah, e flesh indeed is weak.
den i ate chicken rice for dinner tonight.
havent been eating e usual mixed rice since ive been eating out almost everyday for e past week!
