currently listening to_: Final Fantasy X - Eternity

yeah today was pretty cool.

ytd worked til kinda late coz got some community service at some temple/ welfare service
they were having some 38th anni of e temple so we were made to help out as volunteers.
i dunno y but i was super hungry ytd
ya e whole day.

ate lunch,
still wanted to eat lunch again,
den went for canteen break with a bunch of biscuits in mouth,
went to spec mess see my fren eat fish n chips,
den went pantry to eat biscuits n milo for canteen break.
ate chicken rice for dinner at JP.
den went temple and ate vegetarian beehoon with nice vege curry for 2 servings.
den finally e actual dinner with a 7 course meal during e anni.
woah.
hope i dun get too fat!

yeah ytd was fun.
supposed to help out by shifting crates of oranges.
n go usher ppl to their seats.
which we all sorta did by jus standing or walking or chattin ard for 1hr+
ya den they invited us to eat together for e 7 course meal!
of coz halfway we left e table to help them distribute oranges n some 'lucky' rice to every1 of them old folks.
den return back for dinner!!!
haha.
den aft tat jus help them clear tables n sweep floors.
kinda gross though.

well we sorta walked away with e extra bottles of drinks namely 7up n miranda orange.
i grabbed 1 each!
hee.
ya n we all received a $10 red packet.
feel so bad.
gave us too much stuff for e effort tat we gave them.

yeah den reached home at bout 12.


den today,
went for seminar at Holiday Inn from 9 to 1130
something bout wat- the key to inviting success- the title.
kinda intellectually challenging if u dun really pay attention.
den u'll lose wat he's saying.
something bout wat : in / out of e box concept.
pretty cool i gotta say.
makes u think in a new light.
went there for free coz my unit needed some1 to replace a slot.
anw, got enlightened n oso a free book costing $42.
dun forget a FREE HALF DAY OFF!!!
gonna save it for Christmas.

yeah den aft tat saw a trainee at Cineleisure cross-junction.
first time outside where u get to hear some1 shouting "Instructor!" across e street!
haha
hope he remembers me not coz of all those tekaning but as someone who imparts knowledge.
den i went to FEBC at newton n sat there from 12 plus til 3.
sounds kinda crazy but at least i have some Weekend Today papers n my new Walkman to keep me company all e way under e hot sun at some bench while being stung by mosquitoes which i failed to kill...
grrr

yupz den went for YPF...
bla bla bla...
encourage one another...
n almost fell off my chair 3 times coz e backing jus gave way.
no choice but to sit up super duper straight for e 1st time in my life for dunno how many hrs.
food was nice.

crunchy juicy seedless grapes
n mangoes!

ya had a fun activity of writing 'encouragement cards' to each n every1 present.
had a great time
well ya sorta
coz there was a jam of e passing round of cards at my turn!
had to write super fast!
write so fast til i dunno wat im writing n i wrote wrongly.
hahaha

neat huh?
hope i could have such a fun time again sometime soon
